Banned psychedelics

Meanwhile alcohol, cigarette or even sugar, the white killer, are legal, psychedelics are strictly banned. And you know from your own life the more something is strictly forbidden, the more you wanna taste it. Just like Eve did it with the fruit of knowledge in Eden. I did not write apple with purpose. Because there is no such a word in Tanakh for that fruit. Well, there are loadsa mistranslating in Bible, but this is not my object right now. Psychedelic substance is a psychoactive drug whose primary action is to alter cognition and perception. And this is the dangerous part: to alter cognition. No, not for us people. To governments. Because even if you are not so great in philosophy or meditation, with use of psyhedelics you are still able to see things you couldn't without them. You might will see things in such context you couldn't in normal state of consciousness. Realize things. Awaken. Faster and easier than you would trying to become enlightened. The effect and the process are very very different from the meditative way. But, results can be still highly dangerous for those who are ruling your everyday life. What do you think, why LSD, marijuana, shrooms, etc were pursued during the Nixon area? Even whilst Reagen was in office? And still today? Because psychedelics modify your brain to see things from a different perspective. Which can be fatal to goverment. The programming would be screwed. How many people got arrested during Vietnam war, just because they used psychedelics and realized war is a meaningless and horrible thing? To not obey is the worst thing possibly can happen to a tyrannical system. Such drugs like alcohol, cigarette, sugar, heroin, cocaine, crack, meth, etc. are good. Because you become dull by them. But, you won't questioning autocracy. Psychedelics are on the entirely different page. Anyway, till you don't harm others why the heck tyranns have to banned them? Even if you hurt yourself? Than what? If cigarette is legal, meanwhile scientists already proved that Nicotine is just as addictive as hard drugs, why we can't try some shrooms, LSD or hash legally? There must be one reason. It's harmful to the ruling regime. Not to your brain.
Why others wan to command you what to and what must not to do till you don't hurt anyone with your action?
